2. Peace and save from the Institution from which it comes.

3. Original certificate from previous years on letterhead: Primary from the year before you wish to enter; Secondary from fifth grade.

4. Photocopy of civil registry.
5. Photocopy of identity card.

6. Photocopy of the parent's identity card.

7. SIMAT withdrawal document (ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM) Issued by the institution of origin.
